We provide a high standard of Personal Care Services to our clients and make sure we are fully supporting their needs.
These are helping with bathing, assisting with dressing/grooming. We also support with Incontinence care, assist with eating and assist with medication reminders. We are experts in caring for clients with Alzheimer and dementia.
It is important that are clients feel supported in their homes and full attention is given to making sure that their personal routines are not interrupted or changed. We provide light housekeeping including dusting, vacuuming and taking out rubbish. We assist with washing and ironing and help plan, prepare and tidy away meals. We make and change beds, help with shopping, collect prescriptions, arrange, remind and assist with appointments.
We can provide staff who come to the home of the person you’re caring for. Different types of help can be organised, including sitting with the person you care for and keeping them company, preparing meals, and helping them to get up, washed and dressed. The care workers who come to your home can also provide social activities, such as taking the person you care for to the cinema, pub or shopping.

We can offer companionship & conversation, Provide medical reminders, Organise mail and write letters, Plan visits outings and trips, Attend plays and concerts, Visit neighbours & friends, Assist with entertaining.
Excellent care enabled my mom in law to stay in her her own home for as long as possible. Several of the carers also became like friends to me, offering support at difficult times. Any issues, and there were few, dealt with professionally and swiftly.

Hopefully, you have received our email regarding the care that N is offering mum.
We also felt we wanted to say a big thank you to H who has supported us as a family from the start of our long journey since mum broke her neck! almost 6 months ago now.
She is always on the end of the phone to support us, day, or night no matter what time it is!
I always knew that she would be there to help. She was relentless sorting mum’s care and refused to give in when at times it seemed hopeless with mum being passed from pillar to post!! Even contacting the hospital on our behalf when she was taken ill. This was tremendous support and dedication at a really difficult time for us! “Thank you, H,” and the support continues… helping to sort respite so that as a family we can have a break and recharge our batteries!
We will never have enough words to thank Prospect Tree and the staff for all the wonderful care that you give to not only mum but to us as a family!

I would like to say a massive thanks to all the staff at prospect tree health care for looking after my mom in the last 18 months of her life mom was housebound and these guys gave mom 4 visits a day got her up always helped make her something to eat and drink changed her and during the day right up to bedtime helped her in every way possible it was such a help and peace of mind for us as a family as we all work I could never fault the service in any way thank you so much, everyone, mom is now at rest and she was eternally grateful in every way God bless you all and thanks again lot’s of love and best wishes her son.
